Burnout Syndrome As A Recent Management Issues: A Research In Denizli

Abstract

Burnout has been an important research topic in terms of both individual and organizational results. If the personnel working intensively experience organizational burnout, they may be inefficient, low motivated and harmful to the organization. The aim of this study is to determine the burnout levels of the personnel working in three different fields. In addition, it was tried to determine whether there were some differences in burnout in terms of demographic characteristics. The sample of the study consists of nurses, dentists and military personnel working in different areas in Denizli. As a result of the study, there were differences in burnout levels between the groups. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the participants experienced partial burnout syndrome and that the military personnel were more depleted than other groups. In addition, as results of the research, there were found some differences in terms of gender, age, education and working time and was not found any significant difference between groups in terms of marital status.

Industrial 4.0 Applications of The General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre

Abstract

The new industrial revolution, which is believed to shape the production and service models of the information age and which is also seen in practices, stands before us in the 21st century: Industry 4.0" or "4th Industrial Revolution”. It is obvious that in the production systems and in the private and public institutions that serve, it will not be able to resist this transformation. Intelligent systems that will form Industry 4.0 can be provided by the interactive work of innovative approaches, new technologies, computers with advanced technologies, new software and qualified human resources. How will this process shape the industry of the future? Where will the concepts such as "Internet of Things," "Cloud Computing," "Production Cloud," "Augmented Reality" be in the Industry 4.0 revolution in this process? With questions like this, Electronic applications of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (GDLRC) will be discussed and tried to be explained. The qualification of the public institution will discuss the benefits of digital drills at the moment and in the near future, to service recipients, and how the digital environments of both service providers and areas will be shaped and ready to enter this period.

Ahmed Ziyaüddin Gümüşhanevi and His Activities in Context of the Unity of Islam Policy of Abdulhamid

Abstract

In the 19th century, when the Great Powers gradually colonized the different regions of the World so as to reach raw materials and build markets for their own industrial productions, the Ottoman Empire was one of the leading states of the World under the threat of imperial attacks. In this process, the reign of Sultan Abdulhamid II was the period in which the Ottomans shaped their own foreign policy according to the global structure and took the necessary precautions in order to protect the unity of the state in means of political, economic and military affairs. Within this context, in the second half of the 19th century, İstanbul produced the new foreign policy approach called “Unity of Islam”. As a policy which targeted to protect the unity of the state by providing the unity of the Muslims of the World against the imperialistic attacks of the Great Powers, the Unity of Islam in the era of Sultan Abdulhamid II, was observed especially in intellectual platform successfully. Within the framework of Sultan Abdulhamid II’s Unity of Islam policy, it is today known that, lots of different scholars, sufis and scientists of the Muslim World played an active role on the way of building the unity of the Islamic society. One of the leading names who pioneered these scholars was Ahmed Ziyaüddin Gümüşhanevi. Known as the founder of the Gümüşhanevi dervish lodges, Ahmed Ziyaüddin Gümüşhanevi, resided in Egypt for three years, during when he made negotiations with the Egyptian scholars and sufis in order to reinforce the unity of the two sides intellectually and culturally. As a result of his huge efforts on this issue, Gümüşhanevi, in a very short time, became one of the most famous religious leaders of Egypt. Before his departure, he left Mehmed Âşık Efendi as his successor to maintain and improve his efforts in Egypt. In this work, the activities of Gümüşhanevi in Egypt on protecting and developing the intellectual and cultural ties between İstanbul and Cairo, which is today accepted as one of the most prestigious preliminary preparations of the policy of Unity of Islam in the second half of the 19th century will try to be analysed.

Cultural Tourism in Söke and Didim Region

Abstract

Söke and Didim region are among the important districts in terms of tourism as well as agriculture. Almost all kinds of tourism are available in our district. The region has a special importance in terms of cultural tourism. It is very rich in archaeological sites and there are cities such as Miletus, Priene, Didim, Magnesia, Herakleia and Myus, which are the most important settlements of the ancient period. In addition, there are very important geographical changes in Würm, which is a glacial period in the region and the local culture was directly affected by these changes. The new form of tourism has undoubtedly been shaped by cultural tourism since the last 15 years. Of course, this region, which constitutes an important cultural part of Anatolia, cannot be separated from this development in cultural tourism. The cultural tourism of the region has been examined with a geographical perspective and it has been tried to reach the results regarding the region and our country's cultural tourism.

Architecture of the 18th Century Ottoman Sehit Ahmet Pascha Sıbyan School Examining the Features

Abstract

Sıbyan schools in the Ottoman period; They are the schools where the first reading and basic religious education is provided, from the conquest of Istanbul (1453) to the entry into force of the Law of Unity of Education (1924). According to religious positions, teaching the "Quran" is an important phenomenon and it is common for both the palace man and the people in the Ottoman as a tradition to devote the schools of education, with a low budget. The schools built together with the complex have been protected by becoming part of the complex. Stone schools built as a single building example among the neighbourhood could not be preserved. foundation; Şehit Ahmet Paşa Sıbyan School, which has survived as a result of the restoration of the building four times in a row until it becomes ruined, if it returns to ruin despite these repairs [1], is one of them. The 18th century Ottoman architecture is a period when the transition from the classical period began and the process can be followed. The three primary schools that were built in Üsküdar in Istanbul at the beginning of this century are Valide-i Cedid Kulliyesi Sıbyan school (1710), Ahmediye Kulliyesi Sıbyan school (1722) and Şehit Ahmet Paşa Sıbyan School (1709). In this study, 18th century the architecture and restoration work of the Şehit Ahmet Paşa Sıbyan School, which was built as a single building outside the Kulliye in the Ottoman Period, were examined. In the study, general information about the architecture and histories of the sıbyan schools was given and the restoration works of this building were evaluated by emphasizing the history and architecture of the Şehit Ahmet Paşa Sıbyan School. The process of preserving the place of the building in the city's memory and maintaining it with the same function today has been examined and it has been aimed to contribute to the protection of our cultural heritage with similar characteristics.

The Religious Understanding in The Era of Aydinoðullari

Abstract

Aydınoðulları, who brought Islam and Turco-Islam identity to the western Anatolia at the beginning of the 14th century, had been the only sovereign on the land nearly for 150 years. Within this period, they built their own civilization and at the end their sovereignty was brought to an end in 1426 by the Ottomans under the reign of Murad II. The religious understanding of the Turcoman beys, who made the western Anatolia their new homeland just after the Mongolian invasion, has so far been widely argued among the historians. It has also been claimed that these Turcoman differently had a heterodox Islamic view from the Seljuks of the cities and rural areas. In this work, this claim will be examined by looking the period in context of Aydınoðulları.

First Aid Implementation of Aydin Turkish Red Crescent

Abstract

When people come together, they in an effort to organize a team which aimed at achieving certain goals. In order to realize these wishes, they either created profit-making organizations with a commercial logic or turned to non-profit organizations. Organizations that are not profit-oriented are mostly unions, partying, establishing associations, engaging in foundation affairs, and unity. Such organizations perform their activities on a voluntary basis, not with the logic of the company. The main purpose of voluntary organizations is not profit, but they have to act with the idea of a sustainable organization to achieve their goals. Therefore, although there is obvious of the importance of material or cash donations is the main factor to ensure continuity, it is clear that these will not be sufficient for larger goals. Therefore, additional material income sources are needed. Turkey Red Crescent Association, which being the subject of in our study, Aydin Commercial Enterprise Branch First Aid Training Centre is also working on a voluntary basis, the main task aims to increase the financial resources to help more to the need. Therefore, this commercial enterprise has been established according to rules of Turkish Red Crescent Association. In this study, which financial responsibilities of commercial enterprises, which depending on the Turkish Red Crescent are included in and financial exceptions of the legal entity will be touched. While we deal how the First Aid, which is the subject of our study engage in an activity in the commercial enterprise, and on the legal ground of both the Ministry of Health and the Law of Associations and the legal ground of the rules of Turkish Red Crescent, commercial enterprise first aid implementations in Aydın will be emphasized.
